Access and Login

    You can access the member's area by clicking the "Login" button on our homepage, available on both desktop and mobile.

  2. Do I need an account to log in?
    Yes, you need to create an account using your email address, or log in if you’re already registered.

  3. What if I forget my password?
    Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, and follow the instructions to reset it.

  4. Can I change my login details?
    Yes, you can update your email, password, and other login details in your profile settings.

  5. What should I do if I have trouble accessing the member’s area?
    Check your internet connection, try resetting your password, or contact support if issues persist.

 

Membership and Billing

  1. How do I check my membership status?
    Go to the "Subscription" section to view your membership’s start and end dates.

  2. How do I renew my membership?
    You’ll receive a notification before your membership expires, with renewal options in the "Subscription" section.

  3. Can I view my invoices and billing history?
    Yes, go to the "Orders" section to view invoices and manage billing details.

  4. Can I update my payment method?
    Update your payment method in the "Billing" section to ensure uninterrupted membership benefits.

     

Booking
 

  1. How do I book a tennis court?
    Go to "Bookings," select a date and time, confirm your reservation, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.

  2. Can I cancel or reschedule my court booking?
    Yes, under "Bookings," select the reservation you wish to modify or cancel.

  3. Can I view past bookings?
    Yes, in the "Booking History" section, you can view all past bookings and activities.

     

Events and Classes
 

  1. How do I sign up for events, classes, or tournaments?
    Go to the "Events" section, choose the activity you’re interested in, and register.

  2. Can I see upcoming club events?
    Yes, the "Events" section includes a calendar of upcoming events, with direct registration options.

  3. What happens if I miss a class I’ve signed up for?
    Check the class policy in your confirmation email to see if it’s refundable or reschedulable.


Profile and Setting
 

  1. How do I update my profile details?
    Go to "Profile" to update your contact information, profile picture, and other personal details.

  2. How do I link my child’s membership to my account?
    Using the same email address, you can add your child’s membership to manage their bookings and activities.

  3. Can I change my notification preferences?
    In "Settings," adjust preferences for emails and app notifications to customize alerts.

  4. How do I ensure I receive updates on new classes or sessions?
    Enable notifications for emails or app alerts to stay informed about upcoming programs.

  5. How do I subscribe to the club newsletter?
    Go to the "Settings" section and opt in to receive our newsletter for news, events, and coaching updates.

    Go to "Contact Us" in the member’s area to submit a support request or find our contact details.

  2. Is my data secure in the member's area?
    Yes, we use encryption and follow data protection laws to keep your information secure.

  1. Can I receive notifications about court availability or special offers?
    Yes, enable notifications in your settings to receive updates on court availability and special promotions.

  2. How do I manage my subscription billing details?
    Go to the "Billing" section to view your invoices, update payment methods, and manage other billing details.

  3. Can I view exclusive content and member-only resources?
    Yes, members have access to special content such as training tips and resources available under "Resources" or "Member Content."
